Our team is made up of Certified Physician Assistants (PA-Cs), Medical Director Ryan Kelm, and support staff who are passionate about closing the gap between advanced medicine and real-world access. We combine the rigor of evidence-based care with the heart of home-based service.

Ryan Kelm
Ryan Kelm, MD, is a board-certified dermatologist and fellowship-trained expert in advanced wound care, dermatologic surgery, and regenerative therapies. As Founder of ALL Health Wound Care, he leads a team dedicated to delivering medical-grade, in-home treatment for chronic wounds. With training from Harvard’s Massachusetts General Hospital and Clinic 5C, Dr. Kelm combines clinical precision with a deep commitment to accessibility, healing, and compassionate care.

With over 6 years of of hands-on experience as a Doctor of Chiropractic and advanced clinical training as a PA student at Yale, Paige brings a unique, integrative approach to patient care. Her diverse background in orthopedics, pediatrics, and internal medicine allows her to deliver compassionate, high-level wound care that supports healing and comfort in the home.
