We treat a wide range of complex wounds, including diabetic ulcers, venous leg ulcers, pressure injuries, surgical wounds, arterial ulcers, and other non-healing wounds. During our standard initial evaluation, we will make a plan for your specific wound and communicate our recommended treatment plan with all parties involved.
Who is eligible for in-home wound care?
Patients with chronic or non-healing wounds can submit an inquiry, after which our administrative team will evaluate your insurance coverage to determine initial eligibility. During our initial evaluation, our providers will determine medical necessity and develop a care plan based on your specific wound. Those with qualifying wounds who are covered by Medicare Part B are typically eligible, however we will check any insurance to see if a patient is eligible.
How does the referral process work?
Referring is easy. Providers can fax, call, or submit our secure online referral form. Once received, our team coordinates with all parties to schedule care quickly, often within 48 hours.

All care is delivered by licensed, Certified Physician Assistants) who specialize in wound management. Their care is overseen by Dr. Ryan Kelm, CEO and Medical Director at ALL Health Wound Care - a board-certified dermatologist and Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology (FAAD).
